Are You Toilet Training a Puppy?
Toilet training a puppy can be hard work.
Preventing accidents and managing the puppy’s learning is a big part of puppy toilet training. The more often your puppy has accidents in wrong places the more often they will do it. Once again it comes down to learning the right habit. Lucky for us, the experience has already taught us some potential times your puppy might need to toilet.
Give your puppy a toilet break after
- he wakes up
- he has eaten
- playtime
Puppies can’t hold their bladder for that long yet, so give them plenty of opportunities to go. This will of course change as they get older and can control their bladder better.
