When you purchase a training package I will check the progress of your training weekly with follow-up meetings, adding the difficulty of the training step by step.

Positive Dog Training in Sydney
We use a positive dog training method called ‘positive reinforcement’.
This means using rewards such as treats, cuddles, toys, attention, play etc. to motivate dogs to obey. But it doesn’t mean bribing your dog with treats. Every treat is used as a reward for correct behaviours. We’ll teach you how to create a working mental state so that your dog works for you to get the reward, not the other way around!
Positive dog training can be firm and gentle at the same time, it doesn’t mean creating a dog who only obeys if treats are around. When this happens, treats have been used as bribes not as rewards! I’ve always used positive training with my own dogs and I rarely use treats with them after I have first used them for the foundation. When dog training is done right, you’ll have a dog who obeys you because they want to – not just because they get rewarded for it!
Finding a good dog trainer in Sydney has never been more difficult than it is today. Finding a professional and experienced dog trainer in Sydney with the skills and knowledge to help you is difficult enough but the reality is that there are still a lot of old-school dominance and punishment-based trainers out there. They continue to use outdated and dangerous methods and equipment to harm the beautiful bond we have with our pets.
We do not use choke or prong collars etc. or accept or recommend using them.
My experience is that most of the issues dogs have are caused by our lack of understanding regarding dog behaviour. Something small can easily become a big issue over time.
