With the Help of Private Dog Training Inner West Sydney you also can have an obedient and happy dog!
Follow one simple suggestion per day to improve your dog’s behaviour and strengthen your bond!
16TH DAY
Avoid boredom with toys
Rotate your dog’s toys so that just a couple of them are out at a time. Put the rest of them away and swap them out every week or so. This way they will remain fresh and interesting.
Swapping toys is an easy way to keep your dog mentally stimulated. Without enough mental stimulation, dogs become bored. And this can lead to many behavioural problems such as barking, digging and destructive behaviour. Boredom can also contribute to more severe problems, like anxiety and obsessive, compulsive behaviours. Providing our dogs with sufficient exercise and mental stimulation is very important so they don’t get bored and frustrated.
